(2) Press the Status switching button on the control box, then the working state indicator turns solid green, indicating that the fire safety set enters the working state.

💡 Tips:

If the fire safety set works in the working state, the sensor indicators blink and the buzzer sounds when a flame is detected.

Slow sound: small flame detected, triggering an alarm only

Rapid sound: large flame detected, triggering an alarm and the action of fire extinguishing.

One-press fire extinguishing

⚠️ Attention:

  • One-press fire extinguishing only works in the working state.
  • Exercise caution when you perform this operation. The action of the fire extinguishing cannot be undone.

When the fire safety set works in the working state, you can press the button to manually trigger the action of fire extinguishing.

During fire extinguishing, the gas is released twice at an interval of 20 s, please wait for the process to complete before you touch the control box.

Replace CO2 gas bottles

After performing the action of fire extinguishing, the gas bottle replacement indicator is solid on, indicating that you need to replace the gas bottles. You need to purchase new gas bottles for replacement.

💡 The CO2 gas bottles are not included.

  1. Power off the fire safety set and unplug the USB cable before replacing CO2 gas bottles. Unplug the power cable and USB cable, then hold the middle part of the control box and remove the upper cover.

  1. Rotate the CO2 gas bottles anticlockwise to remove them.

  • If the closed processing space is no more than 0.065 cubic meters, you can choose to replace 2 or 4 gas bottles.

If you use 2 gas bottles, install them on a diagonal, for example, installing them on holes A, and then install two empty gas bottles on the other diagonal.

  • If the closed processing space is more than 0.065 and no more than 0.13 cubic meters, you need to replace 4 gas bottles.
