Issue Description

If the rotary attachment stops during the processing, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.

 

#1 Check the Connection Cable

  1. Check if the connection cable is loose or damaged.
  2. If it's loose, unplug and replug the cable.
  3. If it's damaged, contact tech support for advice.

 

#2 Check the Rotary Motor

  1. Disconnect the rotary attachment.
  2. Roll the roller or the chuck by hand.
  3. See if there is any blockage in the movement.
  4. Refer to this video to fix the issue:

#3 Check the Firmware Version

Make sure the firmware is up-to-date. You can refer to the articles below on how to check and upgrade your firmware. Upgrade the Firmware for D1 and D1 Pro
