Sometimes the machine keeps processing the previous file when a new file is sent for engraving or cutting.
Possible Cause:The Machine is in Standby Mode
For xtool S1, a SD card is used for storage capabilities. When the S1 is working, it needs to transfer the design file from the XCS canvas to the SD card.
If you don't click Start to send the file to the machine and mistakenly press the processing button, the machine will run the file on the SD card, not the one on the canvas.
When the machine is in standby mode, the indicator light should be:
solid white (USB connection)
solid purple (Wi-Fi connection)
Note:
Ensure the preview pattern on XCS is the one you want to engrave.
The status indicator on the machine is steady blue for readiness.
Confirm XCS shows a "Ready" status before processing to avoid duplicates.
