Daily Cleaning and Maintenance of xTool M2

Tools required
- Hex screwdriver
- Lint-free cloth or a cotton swab
- Ethyl alcohol
⚠️ When performing the maintenance, please turn off the device and unplug the power cable.
Clean the distant-view camera
Use a lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol to clean it gently.
Clean the close-view camera
(1) Find the close-view camera next to the processing module.
(2) Use a lint-free cloth or a cotton swab moistened with ethyl alcohol to clean it gently.
Clean the flame detection camera and fill light
(1) Find the flame detection camera at the bottom right corner of xTool M2.
(2) Find the four fill lights under the frame of xTool M2.
(3) Use a lint-free cloth or a cotton swab moistened with ethyl alcohol to clean them gently.
Clean the baseplate
(1) Loosen four screws on the baseplate and remove the baseplate.
(2) Brush the residue off the baseplate. Use a lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol to clean the baseplate.
If there are stubborn stains on the baseplate, dip a cleaning cloth in dish soap and wipe the baseplate.
(3) Dry the baseplate with a dry cloth or tissue.
Clean the back plate
Move the x-axis forward and use a lint-free cloth to clean the back plate.
