How to use xTool Care
Activate your plan

Log In to Support Center
Access your account on the official xTool support website.
Go to My DevicesStep 02
Add Your Device
Register your machine using its unique serial number (S/N).
Step 03
Bind xTool Care
Enter your activation code to link the plan to your device.
Use your benefits
When something goes wrong, file a request from your device page and we take it from there.All plans include accidental damage protection and priority support.

How to renew xTool Care
If your machine already has xTool Care, buy a 1-Year plan directly in the xTool official store during your coverage period or within 15 days after it ends — no eligibility check needed. Bind it and your coverage continues, up to 3 years in total.

Purchase the xTool Care 1-Year plan for your model in the official store.
Bind xTool Care
Automatically bound by the system. Alternatively, go to "My Devices" to add Care manually.
Coverage continues
The new plan starts the day after your current one expires — no gap, and benefit counts are combined automatically.

- 012-Year plans are not available for renewal.
- 02A machine can hold at most two xTool Care plans. Once total warranty coverage (standard + extended) reaches 3 years, further renewal is not available.
- 03Binding must be completed during your coverage period or within 15 days after it ends.
- 04The renewed plan takes effect after the current one expires. Unused accident protection and free replacement times carry over, and the counts of both plans are combined.
- 05Some models are not eligible for renewal. Availability follows the xTool official store and the service terms for your region.
- 06If you cannot complete binding because one of the conditions above is not met, you may request a full refund within 30 days.
