The new version of the software(V1.2.0) may have problems when used with the old firmware,The latest firmware version is V40.30.002.01 B1.

If you have upgraded the latest version of the software, please upgrade to the latest version of the firmware at the same time.


Laserbox Basic (v1.2.0)

If you are new to lasers, we recommend using Laserbox Basic.

Operating system: Windows 7 (64 bit) or macOS Mojave 10.13
Processor: Core i3 or AMD A6 2.4 GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Storage: 5 GB available

1. Supporting offset setting for the red cross mode.

1. Add firmware upgrade prompt pop-up window, optimize the text, and guide users to upgrade to the new firmware version.
2. Add help document button on firmware upgrade failure page to help users to solve firmware upgrade problems by themselves.

1. wifi name and password with network support exists in Chinese and special symbols 
(single and double quotes in wifi name are not supported, spaces and & in password are not supported)
2. Distinguish firmware upgrade/software update & display firmware version number & remove auto-prompt update pop-ups

4. Change the unit of remaining time for processing to minutes
5. Display device information
6. Fixed some problems

    Found it, when you open laserbox basic go to the top left of screen to menu->check for firware with your machine plugged in.

    when I click on check firmware, it says that I am up to date but it is the

    v1.1.0. I cant download the new firmware

    The app seems to change the dimensions of the object by .5mm when sending to laser. Also it seems to be changing cut and engrave settings. Please make the unit work with lightburn soon.
