Differences between D1 and D1 Pro

    Product Color

    The product color for D1 is grey only, while golden red and grey for D1 Pro.
     

    Main Control Board Port

    The main control board port on the laser module has different pins, 9-pin for D1 Pro and 8-pin for D1, so the laser modules are not exchangeable.
     

    Safety Alarm

    D1 Pro is equipped with position limit switches, a flame detector, and a movement alarm.
    The faulty operation will trigger the buzzer and an alarm message will show on the XCS software.
    This function will better protect the safety of users.
    D1 only supports the movement alarm. If the machine is moved during processing, you will hear the alarm sound.
     

    Maximum Processing Speed

    The maximum processing speed for D1 Pro is 400mm/s, while 100mm/s for D1.
     

    Laser Module Options

    Dioxide laser module: 5W/10W/20W/40W for D1
    Dioxide laser module: 5W/10W/20W/40W and 1064nm infrared laser module for D1 Pro
     

    Main Control Board

    The main control boards of D1 and D1 Pro are different and not interchangeable.
     

    Software

    D1 and D1 Pro support XCS and LightBurn, but the LightBurn configuration files are different.
