How to Deal with the Garbled Text on LightBurn for xTool D1

    This article applies to:

    D1 with all laser modules.

     

    Issue Description

    When you use LightBurn to operate the machine, the garbled text appears in the console interface, as shown below. Please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.

    Solution

    1. Please check if the configuration file in the lower right corner is correct.
    If not, please download the correct configuration again.
    1. Open LightBurn, click Devices on the Laser
    Make sure that you start to configure xTool D1 Pro in this way instead of choosing Import Prefs from the menu. If you choose Import Prefs, the original configuration is overridden.

    1. Click Import to import the file xTool-D1ProV3.lbdev.

    1. The following device information is displayed after the file is successfully imported.
