XCS Fails to Show Processing Image
Issue Description
After turning on the machine or clicking "Photograph", XCS fails to show the processing image.
#1: Check the Connection Method
- If you connect the device to XCS via the USB cable, check if the connection cable is tight.
- If not, replug the cable and try again.
- If you connect the device to XCS via Wi-Fi, make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong.
#2 Check the Calibration File

Click the gear icon at the top left corner to export the work log.

#3: Check the Computer Performance
Please refer to the following computer performance requirements for running XCS.
#4 Check the Camera Connection Cable

Connect M1 to XCS via the USB cable, and enter 201.234.3.1:8329/live in the address bar of your browser.

Check if the live footage shows.
If not, the camera firmware is faulty.

Turn M1 upside down and remove the motherboard protective cover.

Insert the end of the camera connection cable into another socket.
