The Laser Module Won't Fire with Air Assist Set
Issue Description
When you fit the air nozzle on the laser outlet, the laser module won't fire.
After removing the air nozzle, the laser module works properly.
#1 Check the Lens Mount
If the lens mount is inclined, the air nozzle is not parallel to the laser emission direction. Therefore, the laser module will fire at the inner wall of the air nozzle.
Reinstall and tighten the lens mount.
#2 Check the Silver Ring Magnet
If the magnet is loose or off, apply glue to the magnet inside the mount.
#3：Check the Air Nozzle
Remove the air nozzle, and check if any foreign objects are inside it.
If not, put the air nozzle back.
