Troubleshoot Laserbox Error Code Qx06 0
Issue Description
Error Code 'Qx06 0': RGB Ring Light Panel Offline
The Qx06 0 error code indicates that the RGB ring light panel on the right side of the machine is offline. If you see a pop-up notification with this error code, please refer to the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
#1 Check the Firmware Version
Connect the machine to the software.
The computer should be connected to the Internet.
Check if the firmware is up-to-date as shown in the picture below.
If the issue persists after updating, please move on to the next step.
#2 Check RGB Cable
Refer to the picture below to remove the upper right cover of the machine.
Unplug and replug the RGB cable, and check if its surface is worn.
If yes, replace the cable to see if the issue is solved.
