Troubleshoot Laserbox Error Code Qx01 0
Issue Description
Error Code 'Qx01 0': Water Tank Temperature Too Low
The Qx01 0 indicates that the water tank temperature is too low. If you see a pop-up notification with this error code, please refer to the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
#1 Check the Firmware Version
Connect the machine to the software.
The computer should be connected to the Internet.
Check if the firmware is up-to-date as shown in the picture below.
If the issue persists after updating, please move on to the next step.
#2 Check the Working Environment
The working environment should be over 4℃ (39.20 ℉).
If the issue persists, please move on to the next step.
#3 Check the Temperature Sensor Wiring
Turn off the machine and refer to this video to remove the upper left cover.
Unplug and replug the temperature sensor wire (circled in the picture below).
Put the cover back and see if the issue is solved.
If not, please move on to the next step.
