Issue Description

When your machine is connected to the XCS software via USB or Wi-Fi and the machine is in the standby or processing state, you may see the XCS software prompts 'The Device Has Been Disconnected.' And the blue indicator on the motherboard may blink. If so, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.

#1 Check the Laser Module and Motherboard

  1. Disconnect the laser module from the machine, and start processing again.
  2. See if the machine can complete the whole job without the laser module.
  3. If so, the laser module may be short-circuited; If not, the motherboard may be faulty.
  4. You may need to replace the part according to the result. Please contact tech support.

#2  Check the Laser Module

  1. Unplug the laser module connection cable to disconnect it from the machine.
  2. Try with the same project file and see if this time it can complete the run.
  3. If it can, the laser module could be short-circuited. It needs to be replaced.
  4. If it still can't, please move on to the next step.
