When you power on the purifier, the indicator lights up, but the purifier won't work no matter how you adjust the knob, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
#1 Check the Adjustment Knob
Adjust the knob switch and check the brightness of the indicator above, or if the airflow changes.
If neither changes, the knob may be faulty. Please check if the connection wire of the knob is broken or loose.
If the brightness of the indicator changes but the motor doesn't work, please disassemble the bottom of the purifier and check the motor connection wire.
After confirming which part is the cause, please contact tech support for advice.
#2 Check the Power Switch Wire
Please disassemble the bottom of the purifier and check the motor connection wire.
