If the rotary attachment stops during the processing, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
#1 Check the Connection Cable
Check if the connection cable is loose or damaged.
If it's loose, unplug and replug the cable.
If it's damaged, contact tech support for advice.
#2 Check the Rotary Motor
Disconnect the rotary attachment.
Roll the roller or the chuck by hand.
See if there is any blockage in the movement.

#3 Check the Firmware Version
Make sure the firmware is up-to-date. You can refer to the articles below on how to check and upgrade your firmware. Upgrade the Firmware for D1 and D1 Pro
