The Flame Detector False Alarm

Issue Description

When you use the machine, if you find the the flame detector alarms falsely, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.

 

Check The Environment

The flame detector determines a fire by judging the wavelength of the light collected by its sensor. If the environment is filled with strong light, it could misinterpret the light as a fire and triggers the alarm. Therefore, do not use the machine under direct strong light or sunlight. If you need to use it outdoors, cover it with something, and try adjusting the sensitivity to low. See if it solves the issue.
