Overview

xTool fire safety set is an accessory designed for desktop laser processing machines. With the flame sensors, it can monitor the processing space of a machine and trigger an alarm when a flame is detected. If the flame is large, it can trigger the action of fire extinguishing, automatically completing the process of flame detection to fire extinguishing. It is applicable to:

  • Laserbox Rotary
  • xTool D series machines
  • xTool M1
  • Third-party machines with closed processing spaces and specifications similar to the preceding mentioned xTool machines

Safety instructions

  • The fire safety set cannot extinguish all fires or eliminate the risk of danger. Please strictly follow the
safety precautions and instructions for the device to ensure fire safety.
  • The fire safety set is applicable only to desktop laser processing devices. Please strictly follow the safety precautions and instructions for the device.
  • Check the fire safety set at least once a month, including the sensors, the smart switch, and whether
    CO
    2 gas bottles are tightened.
  • The fire safety set is applicable only to closed processing spaces.
  • During the release of CO2 gas from the bottles, ice may be formed on the control box and tube.
  • If you use a laser device with an air purifier, air assist set, or other accessories, please use an extension socket to connect them all to the smart switch for power supply.
  • The fire safety set doesn't work when your device is used with a smoke exhaust system to which the power cannot be supplied through the smart switch.
