I just received my new F1 Ultra today and during its initial setup the field lens fell right off when removing the lens cap. With the F1 the cap comes off very easily with a gentle twist and downward pull. When trying to remove the lens cap for the F1 Ultra it wouldn't come off when pulling down. The Field Lens freely rotated in each direction. One full turn the field lens fell right off with the cap still attached. 

Has this happened to anyone else? I checked all the part replacement videos and haven't found one the this part was removed. Even the green shield moves around too much; have to push down ont the top back corners to get it to fully close. The guide wheels on the laser doesn't even make contact with the shield.

Any advice before having to email support would be much appreciated. This is definitely disappointing experience.
