About this guide
As a result of replacing the mirror holder (Pic 1), there may be a significant deviation in the level 2 laser path.
To avoid machine damage from laser offsets, it is recommended to recalibrate the laser path following the replacement.
Follow the steps below to verify any deviation in the laser path and learn how to calibrate it if necessary.

How to do it
#1 Check the second-level laser mirror
Check its installation:
Position the mirror's reflective surface inward, displaying alphanumeric characters outwardly.
The reflector notch should snap right into the lower left screw on the holder as shown in Pic 2.
Check the gap:
Examine the 1 mm gap (highlighted in red in Pic 3) between the adjustment plate and the fixing plate (highlighted in green in Pic 3).
If the two plates are too tight, loosen the fastening screws by turning them counterclockwise. Afterward, increase the gap by turning the adjustment screw clockwise until the gap measures roughly 1 mm.
Make sure that both of these checks are met before testing the level 2 laser path.
