Hello. I'm having trouble processing my project. I just bought the M1 Ultra 10w and am attempting to engrave the folding knife what came as with the free package material. I used the snapshot feature and once I hit “Go to Process” I keep getting an error message. 

 

Processing exceptions may occur is distance is empty

 

Can someone please help me? I have no idea what is going on. I'm completely new to lasers, I come from the crafting side using the Silhouette Cameo machine.

I'm using the settings given on the card found in the box, 75% power, 100 mm/s and one pass.
